The NIU-IDEAL Intraprenuership Program will be for ambitious students from the colleges of engineering, business, design, communications, the sciences, and more, who will play a role in researching markets, developing products, and building a business plan. Successful students will have a shot at job offers from IDEAL upon graduation, giving you the chance to help put your plan into action.

In addition teams will receive coaching and mentoring from both NIU faculty and IDEAL employees on team dynamics, effective project management, and the tools required to successfully complete these projects.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Entering their sophomore or junior year in the Fall of 2018 at Northern Illinois University
- Hard working, dedicated, and mature
- Passionate about the opportunity to have a positive real-world impact
- Team players and excellent communicators
- Capable of successfully managing competing demands on their time
- Creative and open-minded
