This conference is an annual gathering of students and young professionals who are from underrepresented backgrounds in the environmental field and/or those who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field. It gives the opportunity to connect with peers, network, engage in hands-on workshops and training, and hear from a diverse range of leaders and visionaries.
Features of this year’s conference include:

- A spotlight conversation on environmental justice and community engagement in Chicago with Naomi Davis, Fawn Pochel, and Kim Wasserman-Nieto
