The Tyson Foods Summer Community Internship Program provides full-time college students an approximately eight-week paid summer internship to assist community organizations and gain experience with diverse social issues. Tyson Foods is underwriting this program, which will offer internships in Summer 2019 in the Chicagoland area, Illinois, and Sioux City, Storm Lake and Council Bluffs in Iowa.
Interested students can complete the online application. Organizations must hire an intern by April 2019, but many will do so much earlier than that. The sooner students apply the better. Twenty organizations throughout the Chicagoland Area have been selected to receive one summer intern. During the application process students can select any of the organizations to apply for.
