Commissioner Maria Bocanegra will present on the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC), a quasi-judicial body made of five appointed commissioners that makes decisions related to regulating Illinois utilities. She will review the role of the ICC with respect to environmental issues and the process the ICC uses to make decisions. CLE is available to Illinois attorneys.
