In conjunction with the F.H. King Students for Sustainable Agriculture, CIAS is helping to bring a virtual screening of the film Gather to the UW community.
This film is a portrait of a growing movement among Native Americans to reclaim their spiritual, political and cultural identities through food sovereignty while battling the trauma of centuries of genocide. The movie will start at 6 pm CDT on Wednesday, October 21. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with guests Dan Cornelius, Christian Keeve, Becca Dower and Marie Richards.
