Centennial BioBlitz
In celebration of its 100-year anniversary, the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County is hosting a special open house on June 27, and we want you to join us.
We’re looking for scientists like you to help us survey our highest-quality habitats at Blackwell and St. James Farm forest preserves in Warrenville and Danada Forest Preserve in Wheaton. We’re also looking for experts to lead groups of citizen scientists to record less-sensitive areas. We’ll provide teams with meals, snacks and beverages throughout the event and can help with overnight accommodations if needed.
If you’re interested in participating in this event, help us kick of our planning efforts by sending the form to smeister@dupageforest.org by April 1.
