4th Summer Institute in Survey Research Techniques Diversity Fellowship

Below is a wonderful opportunity for our undergrads interest in Survey Research techniques. Useful in both economics and environmental studies.

We are excited to announce that the 2022 Summer Institute for Survey Research Techniques (SISRT) will offer the 4th Annual Summer Institute in Survey Research Techniques Diversity Fellowship.  This opportunity is a two-week program (June 13-24, 2022) geared toward upper-level undergraduates.

This two-week program has been developed by the Institute for Social Research (ISR) to support the University of Michigan’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative.  The goal is to focus our efforts on recruiting upper-level undergraduates from underrepresented groups who are interested in pursuing graduate school in quantitative social science fields. This program will provide a broad overview of the field of survey methodology. We hope the program will encourage interest in graduate studies in the Michigan Program in Survey and Data Science.

The mission of the Summer Institute is to provide rigorous and high quality graduate training in all phases of survey research. The program teaches state-of-the-art practice, theory in the design, implementation, and analysis of surveys.
