A data science and design challenge sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy and Idaho National Laboratory.
Student teams of two or three will use geographic information system (GIS) mapping to create a compelling infographic/poster or interactive map to discover potential opportunities in geothermal energy. Ideal candidates’ have an interest in environmental science, renewable energy, engineering, and data analytics.
The deadline to submit entries is March 30, 2020. The winners are announced on April 22, 2020, so the competition results are in before the end of the semester!
