As we ramp up to the Internship and Job Fair (Feb. 19) and Education Job Fair (Feb. 24), I will be offering drop-in services in Reavis Hall, 306A.
I’m calling it the CLAS Career Hotspot and I’ll provide quick and convenient (10-15 minutes) help with:
· Resume reviews
· How to use Huskies Get Hired, our official internship & job posting system
· Preparing for the career fairs
Please encourage students to stop by. Bring their resume, laptop, and questions about the career fairs. No appointment necessary.
Drop-In Hours:
Thursday, February 13, 10 am – 12 pm
Friday, February 14, 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Monday, February 17, 2 pm – 4 pm
Tuesday, February 18, 8:30 am – 10:30 am
PLEASE NOTE: this is a pilot to help me determine traffic patterns on different days and times. Also the “menu” of services may be adjusted post-career fairs depending on need/interest. I anticipate scheduling more days and times in Reavis through the remainder of the semester.
