FFA Scholarships
·         Requirements in general:
o   Less than 23 years of age, current FFA member (some don’t require this), be US citizen/permanent resident, full time undergraduate student or high school senior

Spring Meadow – Proven Winners Scholarship
·         Open to full time undergraduate (at least sophomore standing) or graduate students (any year) who are pursuing degrees in landscape, horticulture, vocational agriculture programs, or related discipline with at least a 2.25 GPA overall and 2.7 GPA in major
·         Need to be interested in woody plant production, wood plant propagation, woody plant breeding, and/or horticultural sales and marketing

SOARS Program
·         Open to undergraduate students who have completed two years of college (junior standing), have at least a semester of undergraduate studies left after the initial summer program, ideally 3.0 GPA, and majoring in atmospheric sciences, geosciences, earth science, engineering, environmental science, oceanography, or social science and plan to pursue career in science
·         Encourage applications from students who are African American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Hispanic or Latino, female, first generation college students, veterans and students with disabilities

SMART Scholarship for Service

Out to Innovate Scholarship for LGBTQ+STEM Students
·         Open to LGBTQ or LGBTQ-supportive students enrolled in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (or STEM related field) who have completed at least two years of college courses (junior standing) and actively supports or participates in programs/organizations that promote LGBTQ inclusion and visibility
·         Application deadline: June 2, 2018, 11:59 (PST)



Orchid Care Scholarship
·         Available to undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing a degree in botany, horticulture, environmental science, conservation or related field, with a focus on orchids
·         The purpose of the scholarship is to advance research and study of orchids and orchid care, so applicants should have or planning research on: increasing biodiversity, aiding in conservation efforts, or orchids in native habitats, among other topics

Gladys Carol Scholarship Program
·         Open to high school seniors, high school graduates, and current undergraduate students who will be/are enrolled in a full time STEM program at a 4-year university with a minimum cumulative 3.75 GPA and students who are citizens or permanent residents of the United States

JVS Scholarship

·         Open to full time undergraduate students who have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or above, and are majoring in a discipline that is relevant to their aquatic career goal

·         For students in forestry, plant sciences, horticulture, entomology, environmental science or related major

ASDSO Scholarship Program
